Items marked as PREORDER are not kept on hand and will be ordered after your order has been confirmed and completed. The shipping period for these items are typically one to three weeks. You will receive an email and/or text message providing you with a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped out to you or when your order is ready for pickup. PREORDER items are not available for returns or refunds.

PRELOVED items are used or slightly damaged items. These items are in good condition and all imperfections are documented in the item description section.

Lacy May Boutique has a pickup location in downtown Sevierville, Tennessee. This pickup location is available to residents of Sevier County and surrounding areas. We hope this helps to better your experience with us. Our inventory is not kept at this location, please wait until you recieve a pickup notification before arriving to pickup your order.

I started this business out of my love for stylish boutique clothing and my want to see others get more for their money. I have noticed recently that many boutiques have higher end prices and my hope is to bring more affordable options to people without down grading the quality of the items.
