Shipping Policy


We work hard to guarantee the shipping of your products to you within two business days. For holidays, weekends, and during festival event dates please allow an extra business day for shipping. 

A confirmation is sent to your email when your order is placed and a tracking link is sent after shipping confirmation. 

If you would like to ship any unclaimed, refused, or returned items you will be responsible for the new shipping cost. We are not responsible for any items that were shipped to the address you provided and failed to confirm. Any returned items to us will be treated as a return and issued a refund to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for items damaged, stolen, or misplaced during shipping or delivery. You will need to contact the shipping carrier for that issue.
